    NuLIDS PRO is a mechanical massaging tool used by ocular wellness professionals, such as Optometrists, to provide proper lid hygiene. The gentle procedure is performed under the care of an experienced provider, which cleans the eyelashes while massaging the eyelids.

  • How does the NuLIDS PRO work?

    With a disposable "PRO Tip" and gentle oscillation action, NuLIDS PRO cleans the eyelashes and removes debris from the eyelids. NuLIDS is a very convenient and comfortable way to achieve great eyelid hygiene for overall ocular wellness.

  • Who needs eyelid hygiene?

    Everyone! The eyelids are known to accumulate debris from a range of environmental and other factors and are difficult to clean using traditional methods.

  • What is NuLIDS Daily?

    NuLIDS Daily is a modern personal care tool designed to support targeted daily skin cleansing and promote overall hygiene. It just takes 60 seconds per day to use.

  • How long will it take for me to notice an improvement when using the NuLIDS Daily?

    With daily use, most NuLIDS users notice an improvement in about 8-10 days.

    NuLIDS takes about one minute to use.

  • How many times a day should I use NuLIDS Daily?

    You can use your NuLIDS Daily at any time morning, afternoon, or evening. You may find it beneficial to use your NuLIDS Daily at the same time each day so it becomes an easy part of your daily routine.

  • Where can I use NuLIDS Daily?

    Anywhere you have access to a mirror! Typically it’s best to make NuLIDS Daily part of your morning or evening bathroom routine. During travel you can bring NuLIDS with you, and it takes up about the same space as an electric toothbrush.

  • How is NuLIDS Daily powered?

    The NuLIDS Daily device is rechargeable and does not need to be plugged in during use. Simply charge the device using the charging cable provided in your starter kit. Once charged, the NuLIDS Daily device should last for several uses.

  • How often should I change out the NuLIDS Daily Soft Tip?

    Replace tips after every use. Do not reuse any NuLIDS Daily Tips.
    Reusing any NuLIDS Daily Tips may increase
    your risk of developing a serious infection and will void any applicable warranty.

  • Does NuLIDS Daily replace doctor prescribed treatments?

    NuLIDS Daily can be an important part of your overall hygiene routine. Always consult with your doctor before making changes to treatment plans that you have been given.

  • Is it OK to share a NuLIDS Daily Tips?

    Never share your NuLIDS Daily Tips with another person. Sharing may result in a serious infection.

  • What is the NuLIDS Revitalize Gel?

    The NuLIDS Revitalize Gel contains natural ingredients like pomegranate extract, Norwegian spruce extract, jojoba esters and argan oil. It is intended to be used as lubricant on the soft tip, or it can be used on its own.

  • Do I need to use the NuLIDS Revitalize Gel with my NuLIDS Daily Device?

    We suggest using a lubricant like NuLIDS Revitalize Gel to further improve the results you can get with the NuLIDS Daily device. You do not need to use the NuLIDS Revitalize Gel, but we designed it to be a perfect pairing with the NuLIDS Daily device, so we include one with the NuLIDS Daily starter kit.

  • Does NuLIDS Daily hurt?

    NuLIDS Daily was designed by a doctor to be very comfortable to use and should not hurt. If you experience discomfort with NuLIDS Daily we recommend that you discontinue use and consult with your doctor.

  • I wear makeup. Will the NuLIDS Daily System help me?

    Yes. The daily use of the device will help remove any remaining makeup after your regular routine. However, it is best to first remove makeup before using NuLIDS Daily.

  • Can I reuse my NuLIDS Daily Tips?

    No, NuLIDS Daily Tips cannot be reused. Reusing tips can cause serious infections, void the warranty and can damage the NuLIDS Daily device.

  • Can I boil my NuLIDS Daily Tips and reuse them? That’s what I do with other things around my house.

    Boiling or attempting to clean the NuLIDS Daily Tips does not sterilize it and may cause harmful bacteria to grow on the tips. It not only causes a risk of infection, but other injuries as well. Reusing tips may also damage the NuLIDS Daily device and will void your warranty.

  • Can I recycle my NuLIDS Daily Tips? Throwing away the tip every use seems wasteful.

    Yes, you can recycle the tips! All materials used to make the NuLIDS Daily Tips are recyclable, and we encourage you to recycle them.

  • What if I have questions about NuLIDS?

  • Does my NuLIDS Daily device come with a warranty?

    Absolutely! Please call or email us if you have any questions or if there is a problem with your device. We certify each NuLIDS Daily device to be free from any manufacturing defects. If there is something wrong with your device, which is due to defects in materials or workmanship, we will replace your device at no charge within 1 year of purchase.   • Can I return my NuLIDS Daily kit?

    We gladly accept returns. Ship your complete NuLIDS Daily kit to us within 30 days of delivery, and we will issue you a full refund. Please call us at (833) 368-5437 before sending your return to make the process faster. IMPORTANT! Please include a copy of your order confirmation within your return package.
